  去年に引き続き利用させて頂きました。リビングのソファーもダイニングテーブルも新しくなり、とても快適でした。
  去年リクエストしたボールなども揃えて頂きました。
  フライパンが古くてくっついてしまうので少し残念でした。
  来年も利用させて頂きたいと思います。
  トラブルにも迅速に対応して頂けるのでお勧めです!

  We were very happy with the property management’s response when maintenance was needed. They have been prompt in response and dealing with issues. The unit is spacious and the bed comfortable. We are returning next year.

  毎年アイランドコロニーを利用していますが、備品も充実していて快適でした。炊飯器も新しくザルやワイングラスなどもあり使いやすかったです。出来ればラナイに丸テーブルがあったら食事が出来るので快適になると思います。
  また来年も滞在したいと思います。

  一言でいえば良かったとおもいます。
  #2120室を予約するまでに多少のトラブルがありましたが、貴社メンバーの素早い、的確な対応により解決できました。コロナ禍前はアイランドコロニーに滞在経験がありましたので居心地が良かったですよ。

  Our unit was ready to move in. We rent for 2 plus months, so we appreciated the storage space and the mostly well-equipped unit. We were also appreciative of the quick response when we contacted property management when we needed something - maintenance or cleaning tools. We have reserved again for next year.

  It was really good. I liked the location directly in Waikiki as well as the sea view and the view from the balcony. I felt really safe with all the security etc. The pool, the gym and other facilities were really good.

  The unit was as advertised. We found many dishes available and adequate pots and pans. The table ware was skimpy with a few missing pieces. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of storage and closet space. The futon was not comfortable and in an awkward place for tv viewing. The dining table and chairs worked well for our many guest diners.

  Great clean condo in the heart of Waikiki. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Clean and well maintained. Great customer service from managing company. Highly recommend.

  アイランドコロニー滞在は初めてでしたがセキュリティも良く又部屋もきれいでとても楽しく過ごすことができました。部屋に洗濯機があるのでいつでも洗濯ができることも良かったです。
